The pipe is either the distribution or transmission type.1.2 Distribution pipe covered by these requirements shall be designated as Pressure Class 165, 235, and305 for working pressures of 165, 235, and 305 psig (1.14, 1.62, and 2.10 MPa), respectively,

44、ASTM D1784 except as allowed by 6.3; andb) Have an established hydrostatic-design-basis (HDB) rating of 4000 psig (27.6 MPa) for waterat 73.4F (23.0C).6.2 PVCO pipe shall:a) Be made from Cell Class 12454 virgin compounds, as defined in the Standard Specificationfor Rigid Poly (Vinyl Chloride) (PVC)
