4、21, Part 1040, shall be determined by:a) Determining the Class of the laser product and the Class of the radiation emitted by the laserproduct (as defined in the CFR) from the manufacturers Center for Devices and RadiologicalHealth (CDRH) product report;b) Verifying that the manufacturers markings a
5、nd labels having the information specified in theCFR are affixed on the laser product (as defined in the CFR);c) Determining that the corresponding construction features, such as protective housing,interlocks, and similar features, are provided in accordance with the CFR;d) Determining that the resu
6、lting construction complies with the construction requirements ofthis standard; ande) Verifying that the manufactures safety instructions required by the CFR are provided with thelaser product (as defined in the CFR).RATIONALE FOR DECISION:Products employing Lasers emit radiation, which have the abi

In the U.S., the Code of Federal Regulations(CFR), Title 21, Part 1040 applies for laser products, which are governed by the Center for Devices andRadiological Health (CDRH).These requirements provid
