Further, thepresentation of the enclosure rating information could be presented in such a way making it difficult todetermine which enclosure ratings have been certified by UL. The purpose of this TGD is to provideguidance for the application and identification of the UL Li
5、sted enclosure type ratings provided as productmarkings, or in product literature. UL certified enclosure ratings and markings must be clearly separatedfrom any other declared enclosure type ratings, such as NEMA or IPXX enclosure ratings that are eitherself-declared or certified by any organization
6、 other than UL.This TGD does not include the allowance of any Hazardous Location enclosure ratings not evaluated byUL.GUIDANCE:Application Guideline:A. Product MarkingsThe following applies when the UL certified enclosure rating markings and Listees self-declared, or anynon-UL certified enclosure ra
7、tings are marked on the product:1. The UL Listing mark, the UL certified enclosure rating(s) and other information required by the Listing,such as electrical ratings, wiring instructions, cautionary markings, shall be separated from all othermarkings by a circumfluent border where the thickness of t
8、he border line is significantly thicker than thelargest font size used in the text. Further, the border around the UL certified ratings shall not be in contactwith the border surrounding any non-UL certified ratings. The text of the UL certified enclosure markshould appear as follows:Type _ enclosur
