4、 shock absorbing type, complete with glazed vision panel, hardware and all necessary related components and accessories required for a complete installation. 1. Approximately 46 mm (1 13/16 inch) overall thickness and of dimensions shown. 2. Face sheets of door: Approximately 13 mm (1/2 inch) thick,
5、 rubber, approximately 60 Durometer hardness, reinforced with 1000g (32 ounce) duck cloth. 3. Door panel: Fastened between two side frames formed of 1.2 mm (0.0478 inch) thick steel and secured with bolts. 4. Rubber face sheets: Separated by shaped rubber extrusions, cemented to interior of face she
6、ets. 5. Use manufacturers standard construction for spacing. 6. Fill compartments between face sheets with neoprene-coated padding. PART 3 - EXECUTION 3.1 INSTALLATION A. Installation: By experienced mechanics capable of installing the doors in accordance with the sho
9、p and erection drawings and the manufacturers instructions. B. Set work accurately; plumb, level, free of rack and twist, and set parallel or perpendicular as required to line and plane of surface. C. Install anchoring devices and fasteners as shown and required to secure door, hardware, seals and o
10、ther components to building construction. 3.2 CLEANING AND ADJUSTING A. All movable parts: Cleaned and adjusted to operate as designed without binding or deformation of the members, and where applicable, to have all contact surfaces fit tight and even without forcing or warping the components. B.
