Also delete any other item or paragraph not applicable in the section and renumber the paragraphs. 2. Use fully recessed cabinets. Do not allow projection of doors and

2、 frames into corridor areas other than frame flange thickness. 3. Insure details show cabinet recessed in wall with no penetration of fire rating when applicable. 4. Insure detail shows elevation of cabinet with glazing. PART 1 - GENERAL 1.1 DESCRIPTION This section covers recessed fire extinguisher

3、 cabinets. 1.2 RELATED WORK A. Acrylic glazing: Section 08 80 00, GLAZING. B. Field Painting: Section 09 91 00, PAINTING. 1.3 SUBMITTALS A. Submit in accordance with Section 01 33 23, SHOP DRAWINGS, PRODUCT DATA, AND SAMPLES. B. Manufacturers Literature and Data: Fire extinguisher cabinet including

5、): D4802-10 . Poly (Methyl Methacrylate) Acrylic Plastic Sheet PART 2 - PRODUCTS 2.1 FIRE EXTINGUISHER CABINET Recessed type with flat trim of size and design shown. 2.2 FABRICATION A. Form body of cabinet from 0.9 mm (0.0359 inch) thick sheet steel. B. Fabricate door and trim from 1.2 mm (0.0478 in

6、ch) thick sheet steel with all face joints fully welded and ground smooth. 1. Glaze doors with 6 mm (1/4 inch) thick ASTM D4802, clear acrylic sheet, Category B-1, Finish 1. 2. 8、 A. Install fire extinguisher cabinets in prepared openings and secure in accordance with manufacturers instructions. B.
