Einleitung Die Grundlagen fr den Produktdatenaustausch sind in der Richtlinie VDI 3805 Blatt 1 fr die Produkte der TGA geregelt. Damit sind das gen
11、e-relle Produktdatenmodell und die zugehrige Da-tensatzstruktur vorgegeben. Von Produktgruppe zu Produktgruppe bestehen in der Produktelementbe-schreibung wesentliche Unterschiede, die eine detaillierte Beschreibung in einzelnen Folgeblt-tern notwendig machen. Damit erhlt jede Pro-duktgruppe ein eig

Introduction The principles underlying the product data ex-change are specified in the standard VDI 3805 Part 1 for products of the Building Services. The general p
13、roduct data model and the associated data record structure are thus defined. Essential differ-ences in the product element description from product group to product group call for a detailed description in individual subsequent parts. Thus each product group will have its own dedicated part in the s
14、eries of standards. A catalogue of all available parts of this series of standards can be accessed on the Internet at www.vdi.de/3805. 1 Anwendungsbereich Diese Richtlinie regelt den Produktdatenaustausch im rechnergesttzten Planungsprozess innerhalb der TGA fr den Produktbereich Allgemeine Komponen
15、ten und Zubehr“ auf der Basis der Richtlinie VDI 3805 Blatt 1. Hier wird der Datenaustausch von Anlagenkompo-nenten beschrieben, fr die (vorlufig noch) kein eigenes Blatt in der Richtlinienreihe VDI 3805 existiert. Auf der Grundlage der hier vorliegenden allgemeinen Produktbeschreibung ist es mglich
16、, die Auswahl von Komponenten in EDV-Systemen durchzufhren, die Artikelnummern zu verwalten, das Zubehr festzulegen und die Geometrie der Komponenten fr CAD-Systeme komplett zu be-schreiben. Durch die Angabe von Betriebspunkten und Stoff-werten in dieser allgemeinen Produktbeschreibung wird auch ein
17、e Nachrechnung der Anlage ermglicht. Eine spezifische technische Auslegung der Kom-ponenten wird jedoch erst mit einem eigenen Richtlinienblatt fr die jeweilige Produktgruppe mglich sein. 1 Scope This standard specifies the product data exchange in the computer-based planning process of the Building
18、 Services for the product range “General Components and accessories”, on the basis of the standard VDI 3805 Part 1. It describes the data exchange of system compo-nents for which (as yet) no dedicated part exists in the VDI 3805 Series of Standards. The general product description provided here allo
19、ws the selec-tion of components in electronic data processing systems, the management of article numbers, the specification of accessories and the comprehensive description of the geometry of the components for CAD systems. The indication of operating points and material properties in this general p
20、roduct description also allows a recalculation of the system. However, specific technical design solutions for the components will not be possible until a dedi-cated part in the series of standards is available for the respective product group.
