18、buden oder Anla-gen befassen, die neben den dort Beschftigten auch von anderen Personen aufgesucht werden. Es gibt in vielen ffentlich zugngigen Rumen er-hebliche Probleme mit unbeabsichtigten oder mut-willigen Beschdigungen der TGA, die nicht zuletzt auf unzureichende berlegungen bei Planung und/od
19、er Ausfhrung zurckzufhren sind. Hufig wer-den von Architekten und Ingenieuren die technischen Einrichtungen des privaten Baus planerisch in die f-fentlich benutzbaren Rume bertragen, obwohl fr diese vllig andere Kriterien gelten. Dies ist beson-ders auch deshalb so, weil sich die Menschen auer-halb
20、ihres Privatbereichs hufig anders verhalten.Bei ffentlich zugngigen Gebuden und Anlagen besteht groer Bedarf fr individuelle Problemlsun-gen, nach denen Entscheider bzw. Betreiber oft ver-geblich suchen. Mit der Sammlung von Erkenntnis-sen werden in der vorliegenden Richtlinie Planungs-empfehlungen

25、at www.vdi.de/6004.IntroductionTo date no statutory provisions or standards exist which are exclusively concerned with the problems associated with destruction of or damage to building services in buildings or installations which in addi-tion to the people who work there are also visited by other in
26、dividuals. In many areas accessible to the public there are con-siderable problems with unintentional or wilful dam-age to the technical building services which is not least due to inadequate thought during planning and/or execution. In many cases architects and engineers simply transfer the technic
27、al facilities of the private building into the planning of rooms which can be used by the public although completely different cri-teria apply. This is due in particular to the fact that people often behave differently when they are outside their own private domains. In the case of publicly accessib
28、le buildings and instal-lations there is a great need for individual problem so-lutions for which decision-makers or building owners often search in vain. Findings have been gathered and the present guideline summarizes the planning rec-ommendations which, supplementing the applicable regulations, d
29、eal with special requirements. Care and maintenance are also examined with a view to provid-ing operators with the appropriate information. This guideline seeks to make collected experience available to all and as a body of generally accepted technical principles lead to problem solutions appro-pria
