1预防传染病 一、知识结构1、传染病的流行必须具备三个环节：传染源、传播途径和易感人群。传染源（能散播病原体的人或动物，患者）控制传播途径（通过空气、水、饮食、接触等）切断 一环节即可终止传染病的流易感人群（对某种传染病缺乏免疫力的人保护2、传染病是由病原体引起的，能在人与人之间或人和动物之间传播的疾病。凡是能引起人和动物患病的病毒、细菌、真菌、寄生虫等都是 病原体。它具有 流行性和 传染性两大特点。
