1关于造纸工人的故事在德国，有一个造纸工人在生产纸时，不小心弄错了配方，生产出了一批不能书写的废纸。因而，他被老板解雇。正在他灰心丧气、愁眉不展时，他的一位朋友劝他：“任何事情都有两面性，你不妨变换一种思路看看，也许从错误中找到有用的东西来。 ”于是，他发现，这批纸的吸水性能相当好，可以吸干家庭器具上的水分。接着，他把纸切成小块，取名“吸水纸” ，拿到市场去卖，竟然十分畅销。后来，他申请了专利，独家生产吸水纸发了大财。
