43、liartothechildrenonthetestpanel(forexample,aroomthechildrenfrequentattheir customarynurseryschoolordaycarecentre);or b) inaroomatacentrallocationthatmaybeunfamiliar.Inthiscase,thetestershallallowatleast5minforthe childrentobecomeaccustomedtothenewenvironmentbeforestartingthetest. Theareainwhichthetestingisconductedshallbewelllitandfreefromdistractions. Thechildrenshallbeallowedfreedomofmovementtoworkwiththeirsurrogatelighters,aslongasthetestercan watchbothchildrenatthesametime. Twochildrenatatimeshallparticipateintestingofsurrogatelighters. The
