7、s Comits nationaux sintressant ces questions, expriment dans la plus grande mesure possible un accord international sur les sujets examins. 2) Ces dcisions constituent des recommandations internationales et sont agres comme telles par les Comits nationaux, 3) Dans le but dencourager cette unificatio
8、n internationale, la CE I exprime le vu que tous les Comits nationaux ne possdant pas encore de rgles nationales, lorsquils prparent ces rgles, prennent comme base fondamentale de ces rgles les recommandations de la CE I dans la mesure o les conditions nationales le permettent. 4) On reconnat quil e
9、st dsirable que laccord international sur ces questions soit suivi dun effort pour harmoniser les rgles nationales de normalisation avec ces recommandations dans la mesure OU les conditions nationales le permettent. PREFACE La prsente recommandation a t tablie par le Comit dEtudes NO 48 de la C E I : Composants Elle constitue la cinquime p
11、artie de la recommandation complte pour les connecteurs utiliss aux lectromcaniques pour quipements lectroniques. frquences jusqu 3 MHz. Eile doit tre utilise conjointement avec la premire partie : Rgles gnrales et mthodes de mesure, dite comme Publication 130-1 de la C E I. La recommandation complt
12、e comprendra dautres parties contenant des spcifications dtailles pour dautres types de connecteurs. Ces parties additionnelles paratront au fur et mesure de leur mise au point. Des projets pour la cinquime partie furent discuts lors des runions tenues Londres en 1961 et Nice en 1962. A la suite de
13、cette dernire runion, un projet fut soumis lapprobation des Comith nationaux selon la Rgle des Six Mois en octobre 1963. Des projets de modifications furent soumis lapprobation des Comits nationaux selon la Procdure Le type de connecteur dcrit dans cette recommandation appartient la famille des conn
14、ecteurs ayant des contacts sections rectangulaires pour usage dans les montages rack. Il est prvu de normaliser des cbnnecteurs du mme type mais avec des contacts ronds. des Deux Mois en fvrier 1965. 16、press, as nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the subjects dealt with. 2) They have the form of recommendations for international use and they are accepted by the National Committees in that sense. 3) In order to promote this international unication, the I E C expresses the
17、wish that all National Committees having as yet no national des, when preparing such rules, should use the I E C recommendations as the fundamental basis for these rules in so far as national conditions will permit. 4) The desirability is recognized of extending international agreement on these matt
18、ers through an endeavour to harmonize national standardization rules with these recommendations in so far as national conditions will permit. The National Committees pledge their infuence towards that end. 5) The I E C has not laid down any procedure concerning marking as an indication of approval a

PREFACE This Recommendation was prepared by I E C Technical Committee No. 48, Electromechanical Components for Electronic Equipment. 3 MHz (Mc/s). issued as I E C Publication 130-1. It forms Par
20、t 5 of the complete Recommendation for Connectors for use at Frequencies below Part 1, General Requirements and Measuring Methods, with which this publication must be used, is The complete Recommendation will include other parts laying down detailed specifications for other types of connectors. Thes
21、e additional parts will be issued from time to time as they become ready. Drafts of Part 5 were discussed at meetings held in London in 1961 and in Nice in 1962. As a result of this latter meeting, a proposal-was submitted to the National Committees for approval under the Six Months Rule in October
22、1963. Draft amendments were submitted to the National Committees for approval under the Two Months Procedure in February 1965. The type of connector as specified in this Recommendation belongs to the family of connectors with rectangular contacts for rack and panel applications. It is intended to st
