32、es on which all the National Committees having a special interest therein are represented, express, as nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the subjects dealt with. 2) They have the form of recommendations for international use and they are accepted by the National Committees

33、 in that sense. 3) In order to promote this international unification, the I E C expresses the wish that all National Committees having as yet no national rules, when preparing such rules, should use the I E C recommendations as the fundamental basis for these rules in so far as national conditions

34、will permit. 4) The desirability is recognized of extending international agreement on these matters through an endeavour to harmonize national standardization rules with these recommendations in so far as national conditions will permit. The National Committees pledge their influence towards that e

35、nd. PREFACE This Recommendation has been prepared by I E C Technical Committee No. 39, Electronic Tubes and Valves. It forms one of a series dealing with the measurement of the electrical properties of electronic tubes and valves. Reference should be made to the current catalogue of I E C Publicatio

36、ns for information on the other parts of the series. The first draft was discussed at a meeting held in London in 1960 and, as a result, a draft was submitted to the National Committees for approval under the Six Months Rule in December 1963. Transconductance La transconductance entre une lectrode et une autre est le quotient de la composante sinusodale en phase du couran

47、plification factor, conversion resistance and conversion transconductance scope This Recommendation is based on current practice on the measurement of electrode resistance, transconductance, amplification factor, conversion resistance and conversion transconductance. It should not be regarded as a R

48、ecommendation in the sense of a standard, because a more detailed description of the measuring methods is needed if measuring results on the basis of these principles have to be comparable within definite tolerances. SECTION ONE - DEFINITIONS* Electrode resistance The electrode resistance is the ratio of a small sinusoidal voltage applied to the electrode to the corresponding in-phase component of the current of that electrode, all other voltages being maintained constant. A special case of the electrode resistance is the anode resistance. Transconductance The transconductance from one
