26、ciels de la CE1 en ce qui concerne les questions techniques, prpars par des Comits dEtudes o sont reprsents tous les Comits nationaux sintressant ces questions, expriment dans ia plus grande mesure possible un accord international sur les sujets examins. 2) Ces dcisions constituent des recommandatio

PRFACE La prsente norme a t tablie par le Sous-Comit 12E: Systmes pour hyperfrquences, du Comit the GIT ratio, howe

29、ver, will remain unchanged. The receiving system noise temperature also includes contributions from the sections of the receiving system following the measurement point. Note. - When the G/T is measured, the transmitter should be in operation at the maximum rated power. If the operation of the trans

30、mitter degrades the receiver GIT, it is the degraded value which should be given in the presentation of results. 2.2 Radio star A radio star is a cosmic source of noise power at microwave frequencies. Four radio stars, Cassiopeia A, Taurus A, Cygnus A and Orion A, have characteristics which are known with sufficient accuracy to permit their use for the measurement of GIT. The characteristics are shown in Appendix A.
