Avant dtre soumises lessai, les prouvettes sont sches en tuve ventile 105 k 2 OC comme suit: - paisseur nominale (mrn) 0,5 G1.5 1,5 G3 - dure de schage (h) 6 24 24 48 A lexpiration de la dure de sc

Electric strength of flat and corrugated sheets up to and includina 3 mm in thickness Delete the text of Clause 15 and substitute the following: 15.1 Conditions of test The test shall be carried out in free air at 23 $r 2 OC in accordance with IEC Publication 243 (1967)

10、: Recommended Methods of Test for Elec- tric Strength of Solid Insulating Materials at Power Frequencies, using the apparatus described therein in Clause 5. Before testing, the test pieces shall be dried in a ventilated oven at 105 k 2 OC as follows: - nominal thickness (mm) 0.5 0.5 to 1-5 ,1.5 to G

11、3 - drying time (h) 6 to 24 24 48 After the heating period has elapsed, the test pieces shall be cooled in a desiccator and tested within 3 min of removal from the desiccator. 15.2 Test pieces The number of test pieces shall be in accordance with IEC Publica- tion 243 (five + five). 667-2 mod. 1 -4-

12、 Copyright CE1 1986 15.3 Electrodes 15.3.1 Pour les matriaux en feuilles planes ayant jusqu 3 mm dpaisseur, on utilise des lectrodes conformes au paragraphe 6.1.1 de la Publica- tion 243, la plus petite lectrode tant place concentriquement au-dessous de la plus grande, le ct concave de la feuille (s

13、i la feuille est gondole) vers le haut et llectrode la plus leve supportant un poids mort dau moins 10 N (ceci peut tre obtenu en augmentant lpaisseur de la plus grande electrode jusqu 30 mm si cette dernire est en laiton ou en acier). 15.3.2 Pour les matriaux onduls, on utilise des lectrodes enroba

14、ntes (peinture conductrice par exemple). La plus petite lectrode est une surface rectangulaire de peinture de 25 k 0,5 mm de largeur, de longueur telle quelle puisse stendre sym- triquement sur quatre crtes dondulation, commenant et finissant un quart de longueur donde en dessous de la crte dondulat

15、ion. On applique llectrode laide dun masque de ruban adhsif de telle faon que les bords du ruban soient bien en contact avec lprouvette dans les creux dondulation. La plus grande lectrode stend au-del de la plus petite dau moins 25 mm dans toutes les directions. La plus petite lectrode est applique

16、avant schage et refroidissement, conformment au paragraphe 15.1. La plus grande lectrode est ensuite applique et sche pendant une dure deux fois moins longue que la priode initiale. 15.3.3 Mode opratoire La tension est applique selon les prescriptions du paragraphe 7.1 de la Publication 243 de la CE

17、I. Se reporter a larticle 8 de cette publication pour les critres applicables au claquage. 15.3.4 Rsultat Le procs-verbal dessai est tabli selon larticle 11 de la Publication 243 de la CEI. La rigidit dilectrique est la valeur mdiane des mesures pour le matriau essay. On consigne la plus faible et l

18、a plus leve des valeurs obtenues. 667-2 Amend. 1 -5- Copyright IEC 1986 15.3 Electrodes 15.3.1 For flat sheet material, up to 3 mm in thickness, electrodes in accordance with Sub-clause 6.1.1 of IEC Publication 243 shall be used, the smaller electrode being concentrically below the larger, with the

19、concave side of the sheet (if the sheet has warped) upwards and the upper electrode carrying a weight of at least 10 N (this may conveniently be achieved by increasing the thickness of the larger electrode, if made of brass or steel, to 30 mm). 15.3.2 For corrugated material, conformal electrodes (e

20、.g. conductive paint) shall be used. The smaller electrode shall be a rectangular area of paint 25 k 0.5 mm in width, long enough to extend symmetrically over four corrugation peaks, beginning and ending a quarter wavelength below the corrugation peak. The electrode shall be applied using a mask of

21、self-adhesive tape, care being taken to ensure edge definition in the troughs of the corru- gations. The larger electrode shall extend beyond the smaller by at least 25 mm in all directions. The smaller electrode shall be applied before drying and cooling in accordance with Sub-clause 15.1. The larg

22、er electrode shall then be applied and followed by a further drying period of half the original period. 15.3.3 Procedure The application of voltage shall be in accordance with Sub-clause 7.1 of IEC Publication 243. For the criteria of breakdown see Clause 8 of that pub1 ication. 15.3.4 Result The re

23、port shall be in accordance with Clause 11 of IEC Publi- cation 243. The central value of the results is the electric strength of the material under test.
