23、ui concerne les questions techniques, prpars par des Comits dEtudes OU sont reprsents tous les Comits nationaux sintressant ces questions, expriment dans la plus grande mesure possible un accord international sur les sujets examins. 33、 c?ur du racteur est de faire circuler le fluide de refroidissement un dbit suffisant pour extraire la chaleur produite dans le c?ur. Dans les conditions normales de puissance, le refroidissement du c?ur est surveill correctement par les mesures habituelles de protection du racteur. Le fluide est gn

34、ralement inject par circulation force afin de faciliter le transfert de chaleur. I1 est toutefois possible, dans certaines conditions anormales darrt, davoir une circulation naturelle du fluide ou mme une absence de circulation. Le fluide peut se prsenter sous une phase ou On doit prvoir un nombre s

35、uffisant de mesures du bilan en fluide de refroidissement, dont la mesure du niveau fait partie, pour surveiller que le refroidissement correct du c?ur est ralis dans ces conditions anormales pour lesquelles laction de loprateur peut savrer ncessaire, ou si une confirmation de la situation du bilan

36、en fluide est utile. Une mesure du sous-refroidissement et de son historique doit aussi tre prvue pour aider loprateur et lui permettre dviter ces conditions anormales. 1. Domaine dapplication et objet La prsente norme est applicable aux racteurs eau lgre pressurise. Sous certaines conditions anorma

37、les de fonctionnement dun racteur eau lgre pressurise (REL), lexprience montre quil peut exister simultanment deux phases (eau et vapeur) et parfois deux niveaux dans les diffrentes parties du circuit primaire. On peut avoir un niveau dans la cuve du racteur et un niveau diffrent dans le pressuriseu

38、r. Cela navait pas t pleinement pris en compte lors de la spcification initiale de linstrumentation de la filire eau pressurise. Cette norme a pour but de dfinir des prescriptions pour une instrumentation supplmentaire permettant la mesure des paramtres de refroidissement appropris quand des conditi

39、ons anormales apparaissent avec, soit une ou deux phases dans le fluide rfrigrant, soit du gaz dans la cuve du racteur. Les utilisateurs de REL peuvent disposer dune telle instrumentation, destine prsenter une information sur les conditions de refroidissement afin de permettre loprateur de dcider de

40、s actions ncessaires pour maintenir le refroidissement correct du c?ur. 911 O IEC 1987 -7- INTERNATIONAL ELECmOTECHNICAL COMMISSION MEASUREMENTS FOR MONITORING ADEQUATE COOLING WITHIN THE CORE OF PRESSURIZED LIGHT WATER REACTORS INTRODUCTION Adequate cooling of the reactor core can be achieved only

41、by providing a sufficient amount of coolant flow to the core to remove the heat. Under normal power conditions, cooling of the core is adequately monitored by the normal reactor protection measurements. Normally, the coolant is I force circulated to facilitate the heat transfer. However, during cert

42、ain abnormal shutdown conditions, the coolant might circulate naturally or the coolant might even become stationary. The coolant can be in one phase or two phases : a) one phase: either liquid, or b) two phases: a mixture of liquid and steamlgas. steam, or a mixture of steam and gas. Sufficient meas

43、urements of the coolant inventory shall be provided, of which the level measurement is a part, to monitor that adequate cooling is being achieved under those abnormal conditions for which operator action may be needed or for which confirmation of coolant inventory status is of value. Measurement of

44、the subcooling and its time history shall also be provided to assist the operator in avoiding those abnormal conditions. 1. Scope and object This standard is applicable to pressurized light water reactors. Experience has shown that in a pressurized light water reactor (PWR) system, under certain abn

45、ormal conditions, two phases (water and steam) and sometimes two levels can exist simultaneously in different parts of the reactor coolant system. This may appear as one level in the reactor vessel and a different level in the pressurizer. This was not considered fully when PWR instrumentation was o

46、riginally specified. The objective of this standard is to define requirements for additional instrumentation to measure coolant parameters, which are of interest when abnormal conditions arise with either one or two phases of coolant or with gas included in the reactor vessel. PWR users can acquire

47、this instrumentation to present information on coolant conditions, in order to assist the operator to decide on actions needed to maintain adequate core cooling. 911 O CE1 1987 -8- 2.
