PFACE Le prsent rapport a t prpar par le Sous-Comit 36B: Isolateurs pour lignes ariennes, du Comit Lo

10、rs de la runion tenue Prague en 1967, le Sous-Comit 36B a dcid de crer le Groupe de travail 2 en lui donnant pour mission de prparer un rapport sur les essais lectromcaniques de longue dure asso- cis des cycles de temprature, cest-dire vrifiant le comportement de lisolateur soumis des varia- tions d

11、e charge et de temprature. dEtudes No 36 de la CEI: Isolateurs. Le Groupe de travail 2 sest runi Stockholm en 1969, Vichy en 1970, Rome en 1971 puis Paris en 1972. Aprs des tudes et des essais effectus dans diffrents pays pour vrifier les mthodes dessai et les critres pour juger les rsultats dessai,

12、 le Groupe de travail 2 a prpar un projet. Ce projet fut discut lors de la runion tenue Ankara en 1973. A la suite de cette runion, un projet, document 36B(Bureau Central)35, fut soumis lapprobation des Comits nationaux suivant la Rgle des Six Mois en avril 1974. Pour tenir compte des observations e

13、xprimes lors du vote, un autre projet, docu- ment 36B(Bureau Central)43, fut sobs lapprobation des Comits nationaux suivant la Procdure des Deux Mois en juillet 1975. 16、es on which all the National Committees having a special interest therein are represented, express, as nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the subjects dealt with. 2) They have the form of recommendations for international use and they are accepted by the National Committees

17、 in that sense. 3) In order to promote international unification, the IEC expresses the wish that all National Committees should adopt the text of the IEC recommendation for their national rules in so far as national conditions will permit. Any divergence between the IEC recommendation and the corre

18、sponding national rules should, as far as possible, be clearly indicated in the latter. PREFACE This report has been prepared by Sub-Committee 36B, Insulators for Overhead Lines, of IEC Technical Committee No. 36, Insulators. At the meeting held in Prague in 1967, Sub-Committee 36B decided to set up

19、 Working Group 2 to prepare a report concerning long-time electromechanical tests combined with temperature changes, that is to say tests verifying the insulator behaviour when subjet to load and temperature variations. Working Group 2 met in Stockholm in 1969, in Vichy in 1970, in Rome in 1971 and

20、in Paris in 1972. After studies and tests in various countries to verify test methods and criteria for judging test results Working Group 2 prepared a draft. This draft was discussed at the meeting held in Ankara in 1973. As a result of this meeting, a draft, Document 36B(Central Office)35, was subm

21、itted to the National Committees for approval under the Six Months Rule in April 1974. To take into account the comments expressed at the time of the vote, another draft, Document 36B(Central Office)43, was submitted to the National Committees for approval under the Two Months Procedure in July 1975

INTRODUCTION Il faut noter que la Publication 383 de la CEI: Essais des isolateurs en matire cramique ou en verre destins aux lignes ariennes de tension nominale suprieure 1 o00 V, ne comprend pas dessai de vrifi- cation du comportement d

26、e lisolateur soumis des variations de charge et de temprature. Cependant, un essai de longue dure ou un essai dendurance, sous une forme quelconque, peut fournir dintressants renseignements ce sujet, ce qui est dune importance essentielle pour la fiabilit en service. Le prsent rapport propose, comme

27、 essai de type, un essai thermomcanique pour vrifier la tenue dun isolateur sur ce point. I1 comporte aussi un essai mcanique avec variations de charge, propos comme essai sur prlvement. Les caractristiques des essais thermomcaniques ont t choisies pour tre semblables celles de lessai tabli en prati

28、que dans de nombreux pays. I1 doit cependant tre signal que linfluence des tolrances sur quelques-uns des facteurs spcifis dans les essais (par exemple, changements de temprature et de charge) et linfluence de facteurs, tels que la charge dessai, le nombre de cycles de variation de temprature et de

29、charge, les conditions dhumidit, etc., sont des questions qui restent poses. Note. - Les articles de ce rapport sont prsents comme pour une norme. Quand on aura acquis de lexprience sur lutilisation des mthodes dessai dcrites dans les articles 3 et 4, on devra pouvoir apprcier lintluence des diffren

30、ts paramtres et donc juger sil est possible de perfectionner de tels essais et sil est souhaitable de les introduire dans la Publication 383 comme essais de conception de lisolateur, essais spciaux de qualification ou comme essais sur prlvements. t. 32、t sapplique aussi bien aux lments de chanes disolateurs du type capot et tige qu ceux du type ft long. -7- THERMALMECHANICAL PERFORMANCE TEST ON STRING INSULATOR UNITS AND MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE TEST INTRODUCTION It is to be noted that IE C Publication 383, Tests on Insulators of Ceramic Material or

33、 Glass for Overhead Lines with a Nominal Voltage Greater than 1 o00 V, does not include any tests for verifying insulator behaviour with load variations and temperature variations. However, long-time tests or performance tests in some form or other can furnish information which is of fundamental imp

34、ortance for the reliability of insulators in operation. This report proposes a type test of the thermal-mechanical type for testing insulators from this point of view. It also includes a mechanical test with load variations proposed as a sample test. The features of the thermal-mechanical tests were

35、 chosen to be similar to established test practices in a number of countries. It should be mentioned however that the influence of tolerances on some of the factors specified in the tests (e.g. temperature and load changes) and the inuence of factors such as the test load, number of cycles of load a

36、nd temperature variation, moisture conditions and so on remain open questions. Note. - The clauses in this report are set out in the manner of a standard. When experience of the use of the tests described in Clauses 3 and 4 is available, it may be possible to judge the influence of the various param

37、eters and therefore to assess the possibility of improving such tests and the desirability of introducing them into Publication 383 as design tests, special qualification tests or sample tests. 1. Scope This report applies to string insulator units with insulating parts of ceramic material or glass

38、intended for a.c. and d.c. overhead lines with a nominal voltage greater than 1 000 V. This report applies also to insulators of similar design when used in sub-stations. Note. - This report applies to string insulator units of the cap and pin type as well as to string insulator units of the long ro

39、d type. 2. Object 4 This report is published now with the object of laying down a standard procedure for carrying out insulatcr performance tests, so that experience with such tests may be obtained. Note. - A thermal-mechanical performance test is proposed as the primary test. A mechanical performance test has been added as a secondary test for sample test purposes only.
