10、ommission (IEC) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). 22、s the first edition published in 1979. This edition constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: a) new definitions and formulation for diameter calculation. b) revised values of constants used for the diame

23、ter calculation.
