21、ng METHODS OF MEASUREMENT FOR EQUIPMENT USED IN Part 3: Measurements on satellite earth stations - Section 2: Antenna DIGITAL MICROWAVE RADIO TRANSMISSION SYSTEMS - FOREWORD The IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising all national el

22、ectrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). The object of the IEC is to promote international cooperation on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To this end and in addition to other activities, the IEC publishes International Standards. Their pr

23、eparation is entrusted to technical committees; any IEC National Committee interested in the subject dealt with may participate in this preparatory work. International, governmental and non-governmental organizations liaising with the IEC also participate in this preparation. The IEC collaborates cl

24、osely with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in accordance with conditions determined by agreement between the two organizations. The formal decisions or agreements of the IEC on technical matters, express as nearly as possible an international consensus of opinion on the rele

25、vant subjects since each technical committee has representation from all interested National Committees. The documents produced have the form of recommendations for international use and are published in the form of standards, technical reports or guides and they are accepted by the National Committ

26、ees in that sense. In order to promote international unification, IEC National Committees undertake to apply IEC International Standards transparently to the maximum extent possible in their national and regional standards. Any divergence between the IEC Standard and the corresponding national or re

27、gional standard shall be clearly indicated in the latter. The IEC provides no marking procedure to indicate its approval and cannot be rendered responsible for any equipment declared to be in conformity with one of its standards. Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of thi

28、s International Standard may be the subject of patent rights. IEC shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights. 31、cables aux caractristiques lectriques des antennes des stations terriennes de liaison par satellite dans les gammes de frquences au-dessus denviron 1 GHz. Ces mthodes sappliquent aux antennes de type rflecteur assurant la transmission de signaux analogiques et numriques. Le but de ces mesures est pr

32、incipalement de vrifier que les performances des antennes des stations terriennes sont conformes aux spcifications gnralement donnes par loprateur dun systme par satellite et bases sur les rglements des radio- communications et les normes internationales applicables comme par exemple la Recom- manda

33、tion S.733-1 de IUIT-R et les Recommandations 465-4, 580-3, 731 et 732 du CCIR. Les procdures de mesure sont souvent prescrites par les organisations internationales de service de liaison par satellite. Les mesures sont effectues dans les conditions o tous les quipements du sous- systme dantenne son

34、t connects, sauf indication contraire. 2 Rfrences normatives Les documents normatifs suivants contiennent des dispositions qui, par suite de la rfrence qui y est faite, constituent des dispositions valables pour la prsente section de la CE1 835-3.
