26、 de normalisation compose de lensemble des comits lectrotechniques nationaux (Comits nationaux de la CEI). La CE1 a pour objet de favoriser la coopration internationale pour toutes les questions de normalisation dans les domaines de llectricit et de llectronique. A cet effet, la CEI, entre autres ac

27、tivits, publie des Normes internationales. Leur laboration est confie des comits dtudes, aux travaux desquels tout Comit national intress par le sujet trait peut participer. Les organisations internationales, gouvernementales et non gouvernementales, en liaison avec la CEI, participent galement aux

34、g minimum ignition energy of dust/air mixtures FOREWORD The IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). The object of the IEC is to promote international cooperation on

35、all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To this end and in addition to other activities, the IEC publishes International Standards. Their preparation is entrusted to technical committees; any IEC National Committee interested in the subject dealt with may pa

36、rticipate in this preparatory work. International, governmental and non-governmental organizations liaising with the IEC also participate in this preparation. The IEC collaborates closely with the International Organization for Standardization (EO) in accordance with conditions determined by agreeme

37、nt between the two organizations. The formal decisions or agreements of the IEC on technical matters, prepared by technical committees on which all the National Committees having a special interest therein are represented, express, as nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the

38、subjects dealt with. They have the form of recommendations for international use published in the form of standards, technical reports or guides and they are accepted by the National Committees in that sense. In order to promote international unification, IEC National Committees undertake to apply I

39、EC International Standards transparently to the maximum extent possible in their national and regional standards. Any divergence between the IEC Standard and the corresponding national or regional standard shall be clearly indicated in the latter. The IEC provides no marking procedure to indicate it

40、s approval and cannot be rendered responsible for any equipment declared to be in conformity with one of its standards. International Standard IEC 1241 -2-3 has been prepared by sub-committee 31 H: Apparatus for use in the presence of combustible dust, of IEC technical committee 31: Electrical appar

44、ation de lnergie minimale dinflammation dun mlange poussire/air par une tincelle dorigine lec- trique haute tension continue. Cette mthode dessai a pour objectif de fournir les donnes utiliser permettant de dcider si des mlanges air/poussires combustibles doivent tre considrs comme inflammables par

45、une dcharge lectrique. II est ncessaire que la poussire soit soumise lessai dans sa forme (distribution granulomtrique, teneur en humi- dit, etc.) reprsentative des conditions demploi industriel de telle sorte que lestimation du danger prsent puisse tre fait. Les nergies dinflammation dtermines par

46、cette mthode sont comparer avec les nergies dinflammation dautres poussires pour estimer le risque relatif en ce qui concerne linflammation par dcharge lectrique ou lectrostatique et donc permettre de prendre des dcisions sur le caractre adapt du matriel lectrique destin tre install dans les emplace

47、ments O des poussires combustibles sont prsentes La mthode dessai nest pas utilisable pour les explosifs proprement dits, la poudre canon, la dynamite, les explosifs qui nexigent pas doxygne pour leur combustion, les substances pyrophoriques ou les substances ou mlanges de substances qui, sous certa

48、ines conditions, peuvent se comporter de manire semblable. Quand un doute existe sur lexistence dun danger d aux proprits explosives, une indication peut tre obtenue en plaant une trs petite quantit de la poussire concerne sur la surface 400 OC de lappareil indiqu dans la section 1 de la CE1 1241 -2-1. NOTE - II convient de prendre des prcautions pour protger la sant du personnel ralisant les essais contre les risques dincendie, dexplosion et/ou de leurs effets, en incluant les effets toxiques de la com
