40、arifies that the cells can be thermally aged for up to 5 years and then discharged tested for the tests identified in Annex A during the 5 year period. Adherence to this standard may not suffice for assuring public health and safety because it is the integrated performance of electrical systems of t

41、he station that limits the consequences of accidents. Each plant has the responsibility to provide assurance that this document, if used, is pertinent to their application and that integrated performance of their station is adequate.
