ACCESSORIES APPENDIX A : Information and guidance on noise level limits 8 8 8 8 a 8 8 9 11 -2- FOREWORD 1) General: This standard has been prepared by CENELEC - TC 14 “Power transformers“. Its pu
23、rpose is to lay down certain requirements and specify some design and service characteristics. Standardisation has advantages in manufacturing and storing, as well as in interchangeability. It is attractive to both manufacturer and user? since it results in lower costs and shortened delivery times.
24、Thus, when placing orders, the user should have every incentive to choose equipment in accordance with this standard. Due to the great -diversity in the characteristics of distribution transformers which has existed until now in the CENELEC countries, it has not been possible to reach a high degree
25、of standardization in this first edition of the standard, But the degree reached has been deemed sufficient to justify the publication of such a document, as a first step in CENELEC standardization and interchangeability. This standard is intended to be used as a common part of the National Standard
26、s of the different countries of CENELEC. This common part is to be completed by addition, or by precisions (in particular when the CENELEC standard offers several alternatives). The National Standard may also change preferred values into mandatory values. Appendix A gives some guidance for a possibl

They shall be agreed between manufacturer and purchaser unless they are specified in a National Standard. 2) National deviations: Nation
