3、本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。LY/T 31792020 退化防护林修复技术规程3术语和定义3.1平茬 stumping指灌木造林后在适宜时间从地径处或以上部位将地上枝条全部砍伐,使之重新萌发的一种森林抚育措施。3.2平茬强度 Flat crop intensity平茬面积占灌木林总面积的百分比。3.3初次平茬林龄 stand age of first stumping灌木造林后,第一次平茬复壮时的林龄称初次平茬林龄。3.4平茬周期 stumping period灌木林第一次平茬复壮后,确定再次平茬的间隔年限,称平茬周期。3.5平茬高度 Plain stubble height灌木林平茬

4、时确定的灌丛地面以上留茬高度。4平茬时间土壤封冻时期进行。5平茬强度DB6108/T 4920232半固定沙地平茬强度20%40%,固定沙地平茬强度40%60%。6初次平茬林龄初次平茬林龄710年。7平茬周期4年7年。8平茬高度平茬时,应控制在地面以上0cm5cm刈割。9平茬作业采用行带式平茬作业,留设防护林带。带的走向与主风方向垂直,每个平茬带宽20m,带间距(即为防护林带)40m。作业时应避免劈裂根部,影响沙柳来年正常生长。10平茬工具选择锋利的砍刀或小型背负式平茬机、割灌机等。11平茬作业流程在选择的平茬地块,按照作业设计要求,先从地块的一侧并沿着造林行的走向进行平茬作业,直至平茬地块的另一侧。然后,按照设计平茬方式,在反方向沿着造林行的走向进行平茬作业,直到小班设计平茬任务结束。具体方法按LY/T 3179-2020 执行。12林地管护平茬作业后林地封禁 2 年,加强管护。_
