3、pecification covers fiberboard primarily used forthe fabrication of boxes and interior details such as pads,sleeves, liners, partitions, die-cut sheets, etc.1.2 The performance of fiberboard boxes is largely depen-dent on the paper components from which they are fabricatedand, in the case of corruga
4、ted boxes, on the flute structure aswell. Therefore, a variety of grades reflecting varied perfor-mance levels are specified.1.3 The values stated in either inch-pound units or SI unitsare to be regarded separately as standard. 27、th kraft linerboard laminated to a ply of linerboardconforming to 6.1.1 with a minimum of 6 lb/1000 ft229 g/m2of polyethylene. The sized ply shall be on the exterior side ofthe facing, with the unsized linerboard next to the corrugatedmedium. At the suppliers option, both plies of linerboard maybe o
