15、ntrol drawing A drawing for numerical control (NC) represents the requirements imposed on a part from the aspect of production engineering to enable the part to be machined with the use of automatically controlled machine tools. 1.15. interchangeability drawing The drawing represents the dimensions
16、and tolerances concerning interchangeability of the mating features of an assembly or detail. 1.16. interface control drawing The interface control drawing .depicts physical and functional interface engineering requirements of an item which affects the design or operation of co- functioning items. 1

Retrofit drawing Representation of those items or actions required retrospectively to meet new or additional design requirements, in production

21、INGS 2.1. Sizes and Layout of drawing sheets Pre-printed drawing sheets should conform to IS0 5457 in respect of their size and layout. Conventional drawing sheets shall be printed only on the reverse side. 2.2. Lettering Lettering of technical drawings shall correspond to a selection from IS0 3098/
22、1, and must be to microfilm requirements corresponding to IS0 6428. 2.3. “LE BLOCK AND INDICATiONS ON DRAWINGS 2.3.1. Minimum Indications on the Title Bock On each drawing the following features should appear : a) b) The identity of the company responsible for the drawings The drawing number and,she
23、et number must appear in the bottom right hand corner. This should be the prime reference number, repetition of this number is permitted for purposes of microfilming etc . where necessary The title (Ref. Para 3.2.) must appear in the space at the bottom right hand corner adjacent to the drawing numb

25、for the definition of the part. 2.4. DIMENSIONS AND TOLERANCES 2.4.1. units For new projects, the S.I. units shall be in accordance with IS0 1000. 28、CALES Scales shall be in accordance with IS0 5455. PROJECTION Drawing projection shall be as defined in IS0 128, and be defined on the drawing by means of the International Projection Symbol. FORMS OF REPRESENTATION - LINES, SECTIONS, VIEWS, DETAILS Forms of representation shall be in accordance wit
29、h project rules based on IS0 128, and microfilming requirements IS0 6428. GRAPHIC SYMBOLS These shall be in accordance with IS0 or AECMA standards as established. ZONE SYSTEM The principles of either IS0 2529 or ATA 100 should be used for the determination of locations in the aircraft or other produ

31、E OF ENGINEERTNG DRAWINGS AND ASSOCIATED LISTS DRAWING NUMBER The drawing number may be either significant or non-significant, the usage of Alpha-Numeric cornbinations should be determined for the project. In the significant configuration the following should be applied : a) Project Identity This sh
32、ould identify the project and preferably the organisation and consist of Alpha-Numeric combinations or Alpha combinations. It is recommended that these combinations should not exceed 3 characters. The project identity should be registered with the appropriate authority together with an explanation o
33、f the method by which projects will be defined. b) Group Breakdown The principles of ATA 100 breakdown should be followed, identifying functional groups or structurai components. The project organisation should register its relevant matrix with the appropriate authority . c) The Drawing Repister Num
34、ber This should consist of numerics constituting the drawing sequence number. In the non-significant configuration the following should be applied : a) A system in which the complete part number is the same as the drawing number. b) A numbering system in which the complete part number consists of th
35、e drawing number on which it is introduced ; plus a suffix, The range of the suffix may be grouped to indicate a further breakdown, i.e. detail part, assemblies etc . Parts are to be separately identified in accordance with project rules for part numbers, which shall not exceed 15 characters, or das
