7、 NUTS, HEXAGON, SLOTTED/CASTELLATED, THIN, IN STEEL, CADMIUM PLATED CLASSIFICATION : 900 MPa/235 OC SCOPE This standard specifies the characteristics of thin, steel, hexagonal nuts, with an upper portion slotted or castellated. FIELD OF APPLICATION These nuts are intended for use in aircraft assembl
8、ies subjected principally to shear loading. They are intended to be used with bolts of 660 MPa tensile strength classification and split pins to EN2367.
