12、ng and unmating forces 2) 3 Preparation of specimens 3.1 The specimens shall be fitted with all their contacts wired and be mated. 3.2 Unless indicated in the technical specification, the following details shall be specified : - mating and unmating forces, - contact resistance, - angle of applicatio

15、 pulling speed of (5,5 I 0,5) m/s after a travel of 30 mm. 5 Method 5.1 Initial measurements They shall be carried out in accordance with the technical specification. 5.2 Procedure The specimens shall be submitted to test EN 2591-C13 - driving rain, except 5.1, 5.3.1 and 5.3.2, and then to test EN 2
16、591-CIO - Cold, at a temperature of (-55 f 2) OC for one hour. Then, within 2 min, the specimens shall be mounted on the equipment and unmating shall be carried out in the four directions defined in figure 1. The angle CY of the cone shall be stipulated in the technical specification. a Figure 1 The
17、 unmating force shall be applied after the lanyard has first of all been made taut without stress. This test shall be carried out for the number of times indicated in the technical specif cation. 5.3 Final measurements (if applicable) - EN 2591-A1 - Visual examination. - EN 2591 -D8 - Mating and unmating forces. - EN 2591-BI ou EN 2591-B2 - Contact resistance. - EN 2591-B7 - Voltage proof test.
