It applies to coatings of ductile metals such as cadmium
6、, capper or silver with a hardness of less than 250 HV and thickness of less than or equal to 40 um. 7、 40 mm long, 5 mm to 10 mm wide and 2 mm to 4 mm thck, polished until a smooth edge is obtained. 4 Procedure Manual burnishing with sufficient pressure for 30 s of a portion not exceeding 6 cm2 of the surface chosen for the test. The burnishing shall not damage the substrate. 5 Fault sanction Neithe
8、r peeling nor blistering are permissible after visual inspection with magnification max.
