、 be used for production parts. The following requirements shall be specified in the order, on the drawing, or in the inspection schedule : - Number of parts to be examined by the manufacturer and/or the purchaser; - Heat treatment condition of these parts; -Type and number of tests and inspections t

、o be carried out (dimensions, mechanical and metallurgical properties, etc.), at least all those that will be applied on production parts at the beginning of the production; - Location and orientation of test samples. 3.2 Inspection and test report In addition to the information required by EN 3225-

、1, the inspection and test report on the pre- production parts shall state all technical information or records allowing the evaluation of the quality of these parts, e.g. : photographs of the macro- and microscopic examination, results of dimensional measurements, etc. 3.3 Acceptance of pre-product

、ion parts When the inspection and test results carried out on the pre-production parts are recognized by the purchaser as being satisfactory, the manufacturing and inspection schedules shall possibly be updated and completed, then frozen and accepted by the purchaser who will give his written agreem

The dimensions specifically designated by the purchaser shall be checked on each part. As far as the other dimensions are concerned, the

、capability clause shall apply. 5.2.2 External defects Two visual examinations shall be carried out on all surfaces of each part : - the first, after macrographic etching in accordance with EN 3749; - the second, after etching and penetrant flaw detection in accordance with EN 2002-1 6. The surface o
