All parts having the same manufacturerls part number shall be functionaiiy and dimensionally interchangeable. The item identification and part number requirements of MILD-1000 shall govern the mufactu
4、rerls part numbers and changes thereto. 3.10 Identification of product. Equipnent, parts, and assemblies shall be marked for identification in accordance with MILSTD-130. After the cable assembly has been installed into the bomb, before the bamb is welded and after the bomb has been closed by welding, the following additional electrical check shall be performed: (1) Repeat 3,ll.l.l c(1) and (2). Final assembly of
11、each bomb shall be inspected for leaks using the following procedures: assembly, insert special pressure adapter in other filler cap opening and apply 25 psig internal pressure. Using a soap solution, check all fittings for leaks. inspected for tightness and if necessary, shall be =placed, If parts
12、are replaced, pressure test shall be repeated until there are no leaks or evidence of structural damage. After plugging the l
15、lDvl holes in the forward and aft end bulkheads, the bomb complete with filler caps, and cones, INERT igniters, INEKi fuzes, but without cable assembly, shall be munted in a support jig and installed on a vibktion and rocker assembly. The centerline of the hnb when mted on this assembly shall be at
16、least 20 inches above the slosh axis. “he test gpecimen shall be filled two-thirds (2/3) fill With water at ambient temperam and sirrniltaneously slosh and vihtion tested in accordance With the applicable conditions specified in 4.5.3.1 thmugh 4.5.3.6. At the conclusion of the slosh-vibration and vibmtion tests, the banbs shall be emptied and a leakage check in accordance With 4,5,1.3 shall be conducted.
