39、ight of the light, without lamps or filters, shall be not more than 65 pounds. 3.8 Finishes and protective coatings. The outside of the light except for the lens shall be finished in accordance with MIL-T-704, type C. The color shallbe yellow, color No. 23655, in accordance with FED-STD-595. All pai
