The rsIU-llO/M munitions handling trailer is a six-wheel flatbed trailer configured with accessory equipment to allow transport of Air

12、 Force munitions (single or pre-l on the date of request for proposal or invitation for bids, there are no equivalent standard parts readily available. commercial utility parts, like screws, bolts, nuts and cotter pins, having identical or better design properties may be used provided they are compl

13、etely interchangeable with standard parts (Us or AN) without alteration. trailer and components thereof shall remain the same throughout the production effort except for approved changes. 14、ordance with 3.3.2.6 Welding. Welding shall conform to MIL-W-8604 for aluminum and aluminum base alloys and MIL-W-8611 for ferrous materials. Rods for welding common steels and corrosion resisting steels shall conform to MIL-R-5632 and MIL-R-5031, respectively, Rods for welding aluminum shall confor

15、m to QQ-R-566. 3.3.2.7 Lubrication. Grease for chassis lubrication shall conform to MIL-G-10924. MIL-F-3541. type lubrication without need for disassembly of any part of the trailer. Each item to be painted as determined by related drawing requirements shall be cleaned and painted in accordance with the procedures outlined

17、in the applicable drawings. In the absence of a specific drawing requirement, painting shall be in accordance with WIL-STD-808, yellow color nr. 13538, film designation DG. WL-STD-808, Tyge I exposure, finish code F-304 for aluminum and aluPinw bose oloys and finish oprle F-103 for all ferrous alloy

18、s. Finish processes shall be in accordance with 3.3.2.9 Brake - . fluid. Bmke fluid shall conform to W-B-680. 3.3.2.10 Identification of product. Except as noted in the procuring document, equipment, assemblies, and parts shall be marked for identification in accordance with MIL-STD-130 and applicab

The trailer, including all parts and accessories, shall be fabricated in a manner that will insure that the criteria of appearance, fit and adherence to specified tolerances shall be observed. 20、ar attention shall be given te neatness and thoroughness of marking of parts and assemblies, plating, printing, riveting, machine screw assemblage and welding. All parts shall be free from burrs and sharp edges which might mar associated equipment or cause injury to using personnel. Workmanship shal

Unless othetwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is respsible for the performance of

Except as oTherwise specified in the contract or order, the supplier may use his awn or any other facilities suitable for the grfonnmce of the inspection requirements specified herein iinless dis approved by the government. The government reserves th

The assemblies and components shall be inspected for all inspections specified in 4.2.3 of this speciTication and all additional requirements of the applicable drawings.
