Page(s) Item 47 In left column, in the last two lines before Section 8.6 begins, the fourth requirement should be changed from “(4) the supplier is not permitted to supply bolts and nuts that came from different manufacturing sources” to “(4) the supplier is not permitted to supply bolts and nuts from different galvanizing processes (mechanical or hot-dipped).”
