Performance Requirements5.1 The bicycle frame shall be tested in accordance withTest Methods F2711, the Horizontal Loading Fatigue test,Vertical Loading Fatigue test, and the Impact Strength test.5.1.1 Horizontal Loading Fatig
7、ue TestThe frame shall betested and must complete a minimum 50 000 cycles with acyclic load of 600 N tensile and 300 N compressive.5.1.2 Vertical Loading Fatigue TestThe frame shall betested and must complete a minimum 50 000 cycles with acyclic load of 600 N to 60 N in the compressive direction.5.1
8、.3 Impact Strength TestThe frame shall be tested witha drop height of 120 mm, and the permanent set of the frameand fork shall be less than 20 mm.6. Rejection and Rehearing6.1 Frames that fail to meet the requirements of thisstandard shall be rejected.7. Certification7.1 When specified in the purcha
9、se order or contract, thepurchaser shall be furnished certification that specimens havebeen either tested or inspected as directed in this specificationand the requirements have been met.
