On page 2, add a new definition: 3.1.3 Admin micropacket: A HIPPI-6400 micropacket used for configuration and management. It consists of a single micropacket with TYPE = “Admin

4、.“ (Renumber the following definitions to accommodate this addition.) On page 2, add a new definition: 3.1.6 electromagnetic compatibility (EMC): The ability of a device, equipment, or system to function satisfactorily in its electromagnetic environment without introducing intolerable electromagneti
