40、ve a statement of the capabilities and options of a protocol that an Implementation Under Test (IUT) supports. Such a statement is called a Protocol Implementation Conformance Statement (PICS). In the event of any conflict, either real or perceived, between this Part and Part 403, that conflict shal
41、l be resolved in favor of Part 403.2 ScopeThis Part provides the PICS proforma for the MDLP protocol as specified in Part 403 in compliance with the relevant requirements and in accordance with the relevant guidance given in ISO-9646-2. This PICS applies to both user side and network side MDLP proce
