7、 in the latest issue of A-A-59326. 3.1 Accessories. The coupling shall be provided with the gasket and pull rings indicated. 3.2 Threads. The coupling threads shall conform to National Tapered Pipe Thread per ANSI/ASME B1.20.1. 3.3 Cam-arms. The 6-inch, 150 psi rated coupling half shall have 4 cam-a
8、rms. The 3-inch and 4-inch coupling halves can have 2 cam-arms. 3.4 Hydrostatic test pressure. The coupling shall withstand a test pressure of 300 pounds per square inch gage (psig) for the 3 2 inch NPT and 4 3 inch NPT sizes and a test pressure of 225 psig for the 6 4 inch NPT size. 3.5 Working pre
9、ssure. The coupling shall be rated at 150 psi for the 3 2 inch, 4 3 inch and 6 4 inch sizes. 4. NOTES 4.1 Part Identification Number (PIN). 12、k the cam arms in the closed position but the cam arms shall stay in the closed position when the coupling halves are assembled. Style 2 - Style 2 couplings shall incorporate a positive locking mechanism to lock the cam arms in the closed position when the coupling halves are assembled. The locking
13、mechanism shall be manually released (the release doesnt have to stay in the released position) before the cam arms can be moved to the open position.
