10、3 Order of precedence. In the event of a conflict betweenthe text of this specification and the references cited herein, thetext of this specification shall take precedence.3. REQUIREMENTS3.1 Materials. Materials shall be in accordance with theapplicable drawings, specifications and standards.3.2 Co
11、mpo nents and assemblies. T
12、he control panel havingsuccessfully completed burn-in (see 4.5.7), shall perform asspecified herein.3.3.1 Power up. The control panel shall perform as specifiedherein when powered up to a voltage of 22.5-30 VK.3.3.2 Safe/arm. The control panel shall output a O VEC and a22.5-30 VDC Chaff/Flare Arm Si
13、gnal when the safe/arm switch is inthe safe and arm positions respectively. The arm light shall be litwhen the safe/arm switch is in the arm position.3.3.3 Chaff manual/program. The control panel shall output achaff manual and chaff program signal in response to an appropriatechaff dispense signal,
14、when the chaff manual/program switch is inthe manual and program positions respectively.3.3.4 Flare ripple fire. The contr”olpanel shall output a “22.5-30 VDC Flare Ripple fire signal when the ripple flare switch isin the up position.3.3.5 Flare/chaff count. The flare and chaff counters shallstep do
15、wn once (unless the counters are on O) upon input of a flareor chaff count signal conforming to Figure 1.3.4 Environmental requirements. The control panel shallperform as specified in 3.3 after exposure to the environmentsspecified herein.3.4.1 Helicopter vibration. The control panel shall performal
16、l functions satisfactorily after being subjected to MIL-STD-81OC,Test Method 514.2, Procedure I, Part 1, Category 6 using curve C ofFigure 514.2-2 and curve M of Figure 514.2-3.3.4.2 Transportation vibration. The control panel shallperform all functions satisfactorily after being subjected toMIL-STD
