Eraser shall be made of high-grade rubber combined with 50, plus or minus 6, percent by weight of the abrasive s filler. The. abrasive shall be a fine-ground pu
6、mice conforming to grade FFFF of Speci- fication SS-P+21. .- . 3.2 Hardness, - Finished eraser shall have a durometer hardness of 75, plus or minus 5. 3,3 Accelerted aging.-Eraser shall shov a hardness change of not more than 10 points after being placed. in a. Geer oven for 7 days-at a temperature
7、of 168“ F., plus or minus 2“ F. 3.4 Shape and size.-Eraser shalI be in con- formance with Part No, 6 of drawing D7680606. 3.5 Workmanship. - Eraser shall be a uniform mixture of abrasive and rubber, free from any excessive holes, cracks, splits, or foreign particles which might adversely affect its

The hardness shall be determined on the ends of.$he eraser.
11、 . S - 4.3.4 Accelerated ugirg.-Five erasers shall be placed in a Geer oven or equivalent air oven at 158“ F., plus or minus 2“ -F, for 7 days and then tested as specified in 4.3.3. - 5. PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY 5.1 Domestic shipment - immediate use. “No preservative shall be required. Erasers shall
