The material shall consist of polyvinyl chloride resin of high molecular weight, suitably compounded with heat
8、 stabilizers, a suitable elastomer, lubricants and pigments. No re-grind or scrap will be allowed. shall have an inherent viscosity greater than 0.65 when tested IAW paragraph 4.4.5. 3.2.2 Tensile strenqth. The minimum tensile strength of PVC compound shall be 6,000 pounds per square inch (p.s.i.) w
9、hen tested IAW paragraph 4.4.6. shall be 360,000 p.s.i. minimum when tested IAW paragraph 4.4.7. 3.2.1 Inherent viscosity. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin 3.2.3 Tensile modulus. The tensile modulus of PVC compound 3.2.4 Izod impact strenqth. The izod impact strength at 23 degrees C shall not be less
10、than 19 foot - pound nor more than 26 foot - pound when tested IAW paragraph 4.4.8.“ (NOTE: Paragraphs 3.2.3 and 3.2.4, min. tensile and max. impact strength values respectively, were changed from the previous amendment 1.) 11、rent viscosity shall be tested in accordance with ASTM D 1243. 4.4.6 Tensile strenqth. The tensile strength shall be 4.4.7 Tensile modulus. The tensile modulus shall be tested tested as specified in ASTM D 638. as spsecified in ASTM D 638. a 4.4.8 Izod impact strenqth. The izod impact strength range
