The Government reserves the right to perfom any of the lnspectlons set forth in the specifica
8、tion where such Inspections are deemed necessary to assure supplies and services conform to prescribed requirements, Reference shall be made to Standard MIL-STD-109 ln order to define terms used herein. The provialone of Specification MU-A-2550 shall apply. 4.1.1 Contractor quality assurance system.
9、-The contractor shall provide and maintaln an effective quality assurance system in compliance with the requirement8 of Specification MIZ-I-45E8. The contractors quality assurance systam shall contain a procedure for the reporting of critical defective8 found during the couro$ of his inspection and
10、during Inspection by the Wvernment. Any critical defect encountered, unless annotated by an asterisk (*) to the Pight of the characteristic code number (see 6.2); will be reported within 48 hours. cr1t;lcal defects annotated by an asterisk will be furnlehe. The contractor shall design inspection equipment in accordance with the instructions in paragraph 6.3. equipment drawings and lists provided and revised in accordance with the requirements OP the for design, procurement, manufacture, testin;, evaluation, production and re
