REQUIREMENTS 3.1 First Article. - When spec

6、ified in the contract or purchase order, the contractor shall furnish first article units in accordance with 4.3. 3.2 Construction. - The OR-l14/T equipment shall be constructed in accord- ance with the requirements of this specification, and of drawing DLSM-B-748B7. 3.3 Parts, Materials and Process

7、es. - In addition to any requirements of this specification covering parts, materials and processes, such items shall conform to MI L-P-11268, including the selection requirements therein. 3.4 Marking. - 3.4.1 General. - Marking shall conform to MIL-M-13231 . 3.4.2 Serial Numbers. - Each equipment s

8、hall bear a serial number in accord- ance with the requirements of MIL-M-13231. 3 3 Interchangeability . - Like units, assemblies, subassemblies and replace- able parts shall conform to requirement 7 of MIL-STD-454. (See 4.

10、10.1.2) 3.6 . 1.3 Weight . - The weight of the receiver without batteries shall not exceed 6 pouna-ee 4.8.1) 3.6 1 .4 Battery Life . - The receiver shal I be capable of operation for 12 hoursat OF without changing batteries. 11、9) 3.6.2 Case, Simulated Receiver CY-7350/T. - 3.6.2.1 Weight. - When fully loaded with all antennae and miscellaneous components and six receivers (i .e . , a complete Receiver Group OR-1 14/T as per DLSM-B-748237) the case shall not exceed 105 pounds. (See 4.8.2) I_ 3.7 Environmental. - The Receiv

12、er, Simulated Radiac R-l855/T shall meet the performance requirements specified below under any combinations of these service conditions, 3.7.1 Tempetuture, - 3.7.1,l Low Temperature. - The receiver shall be subjected to the low tempera- ture extremes of O rt: 2.5F operating and -60 f 2.5F storage a

13、nd shall meet the require- ments of 3.6.1.2 when tested in accordance with 4.12.3.1 . 3.7.1.2 High Temperature. - The receiver shall be subjected to the high temperature extremes of 125 f 2.5F operating and 160 f 2.5F storage and shall meet the requirements of 3.6.1.2 when tested in accordance with

14、4.12.3.2. 3.7.2 Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Characteristics. - The receiver shall meet the requirements of MIL-STD-461, for Methods CE06, RE02 and RS03 except as modified in Table 1 : (See 4.123) Table 1 Deviation from MIL-STD-461 . - CE06 RE02 RS03 Narrowband: 30 dBuV Narrowband 1 Volt/Meter

Method RS03 is acceptable at a minimum thres- hold level of .O1 volts per meter. 3.7.3 Altitude (Elevation), - The receiver shall meet the performance requirements of 3.6.1.2

17、before, durmg and after tesfing as specified in 4.12.1. 3.7.4 Vibration. - The receiver shall meet the performance requirements of 3.6.1.2 both befored after testing as specified in 4.i2.4. 3.7.5 Leakage (immeaion) . - 3.7.5.1 immersion, receiver, - The receiver shall show,no evidence of leakage aft

18、er being tested as Specified in 4.12.2.1. 3.7.5.2 immersion, case. - The case shall show no evidence of eakage after being tested as specified in 4.12.2.2. 3.7.6 Dust. - After testing as specified in 4.12.6 the receiver shall meet the - performance requirements of 3.6 . 1.2. 3.7.7 Humidity. - During

19、 and after testing as specified in 4.12.7 the receiver shall meet the performance requirements of 3.6,1.2. 3.7.8 Salt fog. -After testing as specified in 4.12.8 the receiver shall meet the performance requirements of 3.6.1.2. 3.7.9 Fungus. - Upon completion of the test, there shall be no deteriorati

20、on, corrosion or changen configuration that will prevent the maintenance or operation of the receiver. (See 4.12.9) 3.7. 10 Shock, Drop. - After testing as specified in 4.12.10 the receiver shal I meet the performance requirements of 3.6.1.2. 3.8 Burn-in. - Each receiver shall be capable of meeting

21、the perfomnce requirements specified herein fter being subjected to the specified burn-in cycle of 4.11. 3.9 Workmanship. - The Receiver Group, Simulated?Radiac OR-l14/T shall be manufactured and assembled in accordance with requirement 9 of MIL-STD-454. 5 Copyright Communications - Electronics Comm

QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4,1 Responsibility for Inspection. - Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the contractor is respon

23、sible for the performance of all inspection requirements as specified herein . Except as otherwise specified in the contract or order, the contractor may utilize his own facilities, facilities of a subcontractor or any commercial laboratory acceptab le to the government . The government reserves the

24、 right to perform any of the inspections set forth in the specification where such inspections are deemed necessary to assure that the supplies and services conform to prescribed requirements. 4,2 Classification of Inspections. - Inspections shall be classified as follows: a, First article inspectio

25、n (Does not include preparation for delivery) (See 4.3) b Inspections covered by subsidiary documents . (See 4.4) C. Quality conformance inspections, (i) Qualify conformance inspection of equipment before preparation for delivery. (See 43) (See 4.7) (2) Quality conformance inspection of preparation

26、for delivery. 4,3 First Article , - Unless of herwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the first article inspection shall be performed by the contractor. 4.3.1 First Article Units. - The contractor shall furnish the number of first article units in accordance with the following: a Four (

One (1) each Case, Simulated Receiver CY-7350tT. 4,3,2 First Article Inspection , - The first article inspection shall consist of the inspection specified in Table II, and shall be performed in the order specified therein. 4.3.3 First Article Data, - T

35、m the inspections specified in 4.4, 4.5.1 through 4.5,4 and 4.1 1 additional inspection which is necessary to control the quality of the product and to assure compliance with all specification requirements. This does not relieve the contractor of his responsibility for performing any 4,5 . 1 Group A

36、 inspection. - Each unit on contract or purchase order shal I be inspected for conformance to tfie inspections specified in Table ill. Discrete lots shall be formed from units that passed this inspection. Factors of lot composition not defined herein, or in the contract or purchase order, shall be i

37、n accordance with MIL-STD-105. Each lot shall be subject to sampling inspection, utilizing the procedures of MIL-STD-105, using the general inspection levels, and AQLs indicated in Table 111. 4.5.1.1 Order of inspection within Group A. - Group A inspection shall be performed in the order listed in T

40、ly in the shipping containers shall be water proofed with tape conforming to PPP-T-76, in accordance with the taping require- ments of the appendix of the box specification. Place the technical literature, packaged as specified in 5.1,l .4.1, on top of the contents, directly under the lid of the box

44、L) 5.2.3 Level C. - Receiver Group, Simulated Radiac OR-l14/T, packaged as specified in 5.1, shall be packed in shipping containers that comply with Federal or Military specifications, in a manner that will afford adequate protec- tion to the package and its contents against physical.and environment

45、al detetioration and damage during limited shipment, handling and intransit storage. 5.3 Marking. - In addition to any special marking required by the contract or order, interior packages and exterior shipping containers shall be marked in accord- ance with MI L-STD-129. 6. NOTES 6.1 Intended use. -

46、 The Receiver Group, Simulated Radiac OR-l14/T used in conjunction with the Transmitter Group OT-51/T and Transmitter Group, Hot Spot OT-52/T comprises a training system which allows safe instructions and practical exercise in the survey and mapping of radiological contamination. 6.2 Ordering data.

47、- Procurement documents should specify the following: a. Title, number, and date of this specification and any amendment thereto. b. Levels of preservation and packaging and packing, (See Section 5) c. When rough handling and functional tests are required d. The contractor should apply for nomenclat

48、ure in accordance with the applicable clause in the contract. e. Marking and shipping of samples. f. Place of final inspection. g. The receiver is powered by six BA-30 batteries that meet requiremenfs of MIL- -18. The Government will not procure batteries with Receiver Group OR-l14/T.
