Testing in the as-received condition The primer shall be tested in acc
9、ordance with the requirements given in column 5 of table 3 7.4.2 table 4 and shall comply with the properties of the material standard. The film adhesive shall be tested in accordance with the requirements given in column 5 of 7.5 The primer/adhesive system shall be tested in accordance with the req
10、uirements given in column 6 of table 5 and shall comply with the properties of the material standard. If one or two constituents (primer or adhesive) is supplied alone the other constituents used shall be tested in accordance with the material standard. Testing in the cured condition 7.6 Sanction Fa
11、ilure to comply with any inspection or test shall be grounds for rejection. 8 Packaging 8.1 Primer 8.1 .I 8.1.2 product during shipment. The primer shall be filled into air tight containers. The individual containers shall be packed into shipping containers capable of protecting the 8.2 Adhesive 8.2
12、.1 The adhesive film shall be covered on at least one side with a suitable release film which shall be chemically neutral and not affect the properties of the adhesive film during curing. Each roll of adhesive shall be packaged individually in sealed bags of a chemically neutral 8.2.3 shipment and storage. The individual packages shall be packed into a shipping container to

Primer The individual containers shall be clearly marked with the following information : trade name ; manufacturers name ; manufacturing plant ; batch number ; lot number ; number of containers ; date of manufacturing ; date of expiry ; s
16、torage conditions. The shipping container shall be legibly marked with not less than the information specified in 9.1 .I. Adhesive A durable label shall be attached to each package and roll identifying the following information : trade name ; manufacturers name ; manufacturing plant ; batch number ;
17、 lot and roll numbers ; date of manufacturing ; date of expiry ; storage conditions. The shipping container shall be legibly marked with not less than the information specified in 9.2.1. 1 O Certificate of conformity All material supplied shall be invoked by the appropriate material standard and be
18、accompanied by a certificate of conformity. For acceptance a certified test report should be available containing at least : - - - adhesive film certificate including roll related defect report ; (and/or) adhesive primer certificate ; manufacturers quality control test report including the individua
