11、amily, 4 to 11 cores, taped, screened (braided) and jacketed electrical lightweight cables for use in the on-board electrical systems of aircraft, at operating temperatures between 55 C and 260 C. Nevertheless, if needed, 65 C is also acceptable as shown by cold test. It shall also be possible to ma
12、rk these cables by qualified compatible marking. 19、s shall be twisted together according to EN 2235. Fillers cores shall be permitted for 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11 core cables. Tape: layer of polyimide with wall thickness (nominal value) of 25 m; direction of winding immaterial overlap 15 % minimum. Screen: nickel-plated copper stranded braid; for dimen
20、sions of strands, see Table 1; material according to EN 4434, tests according to EN 3475-100; construction according to EN 2235. 40、pecific quality assurance Clause of EN 2235. prEN 2714-014:2015 (E) 11 6.2 Particular qualification requirements As EN 2235 covers only standard cables with 1 to 4 cores, the following particular conditions apply: Only cable manufacturers already qualified for EN 2714-013 can be qualified for this s
41、tandard. All materials and the constitution of the jacket shall be similar to those already used for EN 2714-013. Extension of qualification for each individual EN 2714-014 cable type shall be obtained by producing a test report with at least all tests results for tests mentioned in columns “Each de
