9、cern graphite and halogen free molybdenum disulphide dry film lubricants for fastener and other parts subjected to sliding and wear. Graphite and halogenated substances may have corrosive effects on the substrate. 1 Scope This standard specifies the qualification and test requirements for graphite a
10、nd halogen free molybdenum disulphide dry film lubricant. Test requirements and testing of fretting, corrosion, wear and friction properties of relevant lubricants are not part of this standard. Refer to relevant standards in normative references. All testing defined in this standard has to be certi
11、fied by the manufacturer of the lubricant. 28、ve a harmful effect on the substrate (e.g. corrosion, stress corrosion) and other substances, e.g.: halogenated substances, graphite, metal powders or concentration of substances which have a harmful effect on environment and or health. 30、015 (E) 6 4.3 Type B, heat curing Suitable for applications on e.g. titanium, steels, nickel refractory alloys. 5 Curing 5.1 At ambient temperature Curing at ambient temperature shall be in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. Drying may be accelerated by heat, considering the maximum
31、temperature allowed for the substrate material. 5.2 Heat curing Heat curing shall be in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. Heat curing instead of curing at ambient temperature (5.1) ensures a better adhesion, higher hardness and chemical resistance of dry film lubricant. 6 Storage Th
32、e storage conditions, the date of manufacture and the expiry date shall be specified by the manufacturer. Once the original container has been opened, the products shall not be returned to storage. 7 Batch release and qualification testing quality assurance See EN 2491 for application methods for th
33、ese dry film lubricants. Spray application in combination with heat curing is recommended in order to achieve uniform coatings with defined thickness and best adhesion properties. 7.1 Qualification tests For product qualification, all tests defined in this standard shall be performed. A minimum of t
34、hree production batches shall be tested for qualification purposes. Unless otherwise agreed, the test film thickness for qualification testing (after mechanical finishing) shall be 7,0 m 2 m. 7.2 Batch Acceptance Testing (BAT) For batch acceptance all tests marked with “BAT” in first column shall be
35、 done. Test results of batch acceptance testing (serial production testing) shall be stated in an inspection certificate according to EN 10204.
