31、s for qualification 9.2.1 Gen era I The sealing plugs defined by this standard shall form an integral part of the element of connection in which they are fitted. In the event of a defect, qualification approval of the element of connection shall not be disputed. 9.2.2 See table 2 and the product sta

Sampling and definition of specimens Table 2 9.2.3 Preparation of test specimens When a test requires the sealing plugs to be fitted in the element of connection, a qualified element of connection device shall be used. 33、st programme The qualification tests are defined in table 3 and shall be carried out in the sequence indicated. Test EN 2591-306 is to be performed on materials. If the materials used conform to group 1 of MIL-HDBK-454, Guideline 4, then test EN 2591-306 is not required to be performed. Table 3 - Qu

38、, the originator code 19005 shall be placed between the description block and the identity block. 10.2 Marking Marking on the part is not mandatory. If required the sealing plugs shall bear the manufacturers mark in a non-active area. When specific identification is necessary, such as high temperatu
39、re requirement, it shall be in the product standard. 11 Delivery condition Any special requirements for the delivery condition shall be indicated by the product standard. 12 Packaging The sealing plugs shall be packed in a rigid container to prevent damage. A label inserted in the packaging shall state the identification and quantity of sealing plugs. 13 Sto rag e Storage shall be in place free from ultraviolet rays. Every five years, an inspection shall be made in accordance with test EN 2591-101. The date of inspection shall be marked on the new packaging.
