5、l not be changed to an extent that interchangeability is affected, physically or functionally, without re-identification of the standard. After examination and review by users and formal agreement of ASD-STAN, it will be submitted as a draft European Standard (prEN) to CEN (European Committee for St

6、andardization) for formal vote and transformation to full European Standard (EN). The CEN national members have then to implement the EN at national level by giving the EN the status of a national standard and by withdrawing any national standards conflicting with the EN. Dimensions and tolerances are in millimetres. They apply before MoS2coating. 1) Published as ASD-STAN Prestandard

15、 at the date of publication of this standard. 2) Corresponds to the minimum tensile stress which the material is able to withstand at ambient temperature. 3) Maximum temperature that the insert is able to withstand, without permanent alteration to its original characteristics, after ambient temperat

16、ure has been restored. The maximum temperature is conditioned by the MoS2lubricant. 4) Published as ASD-STAN Technical Report at the date of publication of this standard. prEN 4673-006:2009 (E) 4 3.2 Material Insert: EN 3639 and EN 2399 treated for 370 HV to 435 HV. Keys: Stainless steel or nickel a

17、lloy treated for HV 600. 3.3 Surface treatment See EN 2491. 4 Insert definition See Figure 1. only for key grooves and keys Values apply before MoS2coating. Remove sharp edges 0,1 mm to 0,4 mm. Key 1 N keys equally spaced. 2 form out-of-round in this area to achieve the self-locking requirement. Mar

18、k of tools allowed. 3 pitch diameters. 4 marking area or on keys left to producers option. 5 total length of the key shall not exceed E min.
