6、xceptional circumstances however, the publication of Technical Report of one of the following types may be proposed: Type 1, the subject is still under technical development requiring wider exposure; Type 2, a Technical Committee has collected data of a different kind from that which is normally pub
7、lished as a European Standard. The Electrical Domain decided to publish this document in the form of a Technical Report of type 2 in order to facilitate the updating of this document.
