In exceptional circumstances, however, the publication of a Technical Report of one of the following types may be proposed : - type 1, the subject is still under technical development requiring wider exposure ;

6、 - type 2, a Technical Committee has collected data of a different kind from that which is normally published as a European Standard. The Non-metallic Material Domain decided to publish this document in the form of a Technical Report of type 2 in order to facilitate the updating of this document. Co

The general organisation of this series is described in EN 4385. This document is a level 2 document as defined in EN 4385. 1 Sco

9、pe This standard specifies the general rules for the drafting and presentation of non-metallic material standards, for aerospace applications. It is supported by additional rules specific to each family, defined in TR 7000-2 onwards. 2 Normative references This European Standard incorporates by date

14、rpose of this standard the following definitions apply: 3.1.1 material standard a standard specifying a series of requirements relating to a non-metallic material, which may be a semi- finished product, such as: - one or more delivery conditions, - one reference set of processing conditions for acce

15、ptance test and qualification purposes which may differ from the use condition intended by the user, - series of technical requirements for these different conditions NOTE A material standard may also specify one or more than one use condition, providing that the variants are not interconvertable. S

17、n-metallic material a group of non-metallic materials characterised by basic descriptions generally in semi-finished product forms such as but not exclusively: - rubbers, - sealants, - transparent plastics, - glass, - adhesives, - anaerobic polymerizable compounds, - honeycombs, - paints, - reinforc

18、ement fibre, - preimpregnates, - textiles 3.1.3 semi-finished products a generic term used to indicate that the material as delivered is in an intermediate form to that occuring in the final component This term may refer to the following: - adhesives where one delivered condition may be a two-part m

19、ix and the final use condition is the cured adhesive; - preimpregnates, which are subsequently shaped to produce a part with specified characteristics; - honeycomb which may be shaped and formed. 3.1.4 type of semi-finished products semi-finished product forms (sheets, rolls, tube, cloths, liquids,

20、paste etc.) associated with the relevant family of non-metallic materials 3.1.5 final condition of use the condition of the material in which no further processing (except machining or shaping) is required before use 3.2 Symbols and abbreviations For the purpose of this standard, the following symbo

21、ls and abbreviations shall apply: Abbreviations shall be taken from IS0 31. The following for sizes and units shall be taken from IS0 31-1, IS0 31-3, IS0 31-4, IS0 31-11 and IS0 1000. The following are typical symbols used: - %”for thickness; - ”b”for width; - lfor length; - Dfor outside diameter; -

22、 “”for inside diameter; - “afor temperature; - “f”for time; - “RH”for relative humidity. NOTE The abbreviation “min.”, for minimum shall not be used. When it is necessary to state a minimum or maximum value this shall be done using the symbols , , alternatively the word shall be written in full. The

23、 exception to this in when “min.” and ”max.” are defined for other uses within abbreviations, e.g. Rmax. or - The family of the non-metallic material; - Form or forms, written in singular or plural, in conformity with the language used and, if appropriate, the method of production andlor final use;

NOTE 2 In this material standard, batch acceptance test titles and sub-cases 7 acceptance criteria are highlighted in the form of bold frame and bold characters to show they are mandatory for routine release of the material. 3.1.2 Other definitions Continue sub-clause numbering as nece

34、e given in a series of tables. The format of these tables, and rules for their completion, are given in clauses 3.1.1, 5.1 and 5.2 of this standard. The actual format is dependent on t

37、he family of non-metallic material. This form describes the general characteristics of the product, and is applicable to all non-metallic material standards. 5.1.2 This form shall be used for each of the following three tables for which it is required to specify requirements. When required optional

38、characteristic selected from annex C shall be completed as follows: Tables 2 to 4: see Annex B Table 2, requirements in the delivery condition (column 0 optional (see figure 1): add line or case number). Table 3, requirements as processed to characteristic number 1.013 (column 0 optional: add line o

39、r case number). Table 4, environmental testing requirements as processed to characteristic number 1 .O13 (column 0 optional: add line or case number). The characteristic numbers, (see annex C) shall be written in column (see figure I), and shall be pre-fixed with the table number. When more than one

40、 characteristic number applies for a particular requirement, both characteristic numbers shall be shown in column 0. The characteristic titles shall be written in column 0 (see figure I), including any information to clarify the requirements. Column (see figure I) shall be completed with a sub-case

41、number corresponding to the information to be given in column 0 (see figure 1) and selected from the following: 0 Case number or line number (optional) I Characteristic number 0 Characteristic Sub-case number 7 - Figure I Page 8 TR 7000-1 : 06-02 - A sub-case shall be omitted, if the necessary infor

42、mation is given in the technical specification referenced in 1.004. - If all the necessary information is contained in the technical specification, the sub-case is opened by stating “see EN xxxx“. In this case a hyphen is inserted in the third column. No other sub-case number will be given. - If the

43、 technical specification or the test method: - does not give any information, - only gives partial information, - or gives a choice, or if the requirements differ from those given in the technical specification or test method, then sub- cases 1 !o 7 shall be completed as required with the necessary

44、information. - Column 0 is completed, in accordance with the specific instructions given in the relevant dash numbered part of this standard. Values which will be agreed during qualification shall be expressed as a range in the material standard, e: No “X values to be specified in material standards

45、. It is only necessary to complete those sub-cases for which information is required to be specified. 5.2 5.2.1 General The column 0 (see figure 1) is optional. If used, the case number shall be consecutive. Alternatively, it can be replaced by a consecutive line numbering as indicated in the dash n

46、umber part. If there is insufficient width in a column then information shall be repeated below and marked “continued“. General instructions for completion of the tables 5.2.2 Table 1 See annex A. NOTE material standards. Test requirements shown in the technical specification are only mandatory when ref

49、erenced in the Page 9 TR 7000-1: 06-02 Where one or more of the test requirements defined as follows: - test method, - frequency of testing, - sample type, - test piece definition, - condition of test piece, - testing condition, - acceptance criteria are not specified or differ from the requirements of the technical specification or test method, they shall be included by means of one or more sub-case numbers in accordance with the instructions given in 4.4.2. 5.2.4 Batch release testing In the material standards, batch release test titles a
