DOCUMENTATIONPilots, cabin crew, and maintenance workers shall be requiredto document abnormal air quality conditions (including air-borne contaminants, cabin pressure, ventilation, and thermalconditions) with their airline on a standardized reporting form(paper, online,
23、 or both). Personnel shall be trained in theproper use of this reporting system. The requirement to com-plete this reporting form shall be referenced in the relevantairline operational manuals for pilots, cabin crew, and mainte-nance staff. The data from these forms (after appropriatelyredacting the
24、 names of the reporter or reporters to protecttheir privacy) shall also be reported to the relevant manufac-turer(s) and regulatory agency and shall be incorporated intovoluntary reporting systems (if applicable). The reportingform shall be completed and submitted as soon as practicableand shall inc
