Unresolved objec-tors on informative material are not offered the right toappeal at ASHRAE or ANSI.)FOREWORDAddendum a changes the intermediate compressor speedfor the intermediate heating test from 1/2 of the speedbetween minimum capacit

21、y (k = 1) and the speed for maxi-mum capacity (k = 2) to 1/3 for variable capacity systems.This change brings the testing for variable-capacity airsource systems under Standard 206 into agreement withANSI/ASHRAE Standard 116-2010, Methods of Testing forRating Seasonal Efficiency of Unitary Air-Condi

22、tioners andHeat Pumps. It also changes the intermediate compressorspeed for the intermediate heating test from 1/2 to 1/3 forvariable-capacity liquid-source and variable-capacity directgeoexchange systems to keep them consistent with the vari-able-capacity air source systems. The entering water temp

23、er-ature for ground-loop variable-capacity equipment and theentering refrigerant temperature for direct geoexchange vari-able-capacity equipment is changed from 2.5C (36.5F) to1.7C (35.0F) for the intermediate speed heating test tomake them consistent with the change in speed. Thesechanges are refle
